Well equipped Kitchen with range cooker with gas hob and double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine (tumble dryer in garage).
First floor:
Master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with double bed.
Family bathroom with bath, separate large walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Second floor:
Bedroom 3 with king size bed.
Thelma is located on a peaceful residential street less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre and popular Island Street. The property is well presented throughout and has a lovely fully enclosed patio and garden area which is perfect for al fresco dining. Thelma also has a designated parking space at the property and is just a short walk from a decent Co-op shop. On your way back from a number of easily accessible beaches don;t forget to indulge in a gin and tonic from the Salcombe Gin Factory which is just a short distance from the property. Please note:
* The property does not accept babies or toddlers under 2 years of age.
* The property has a £250.00 security deposit payable to and administered by the owner.
* The property will allow one small well behaved dog (2 years+ only).
