Family shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and ample storage for coats, boots and wet suits. Separate side door that leads to rear patio and parking area (via steps).
The Bolthole is a stylish detached house located in a quiet Cul-de-sac in Salcombe just 10 minutes walk to North Sands beach and the Winking Prawn beach cafe/restaurant. The property has great rural views from the lounge, kitchen, master bedroom, balcony and deck. It is well presented throughout and with an additional snug there are plenty of entertaining areas for a family holiday. The town centre is a mid-distance walk or just a short drive away.
