Hillside is a beautifully refurbished house sat in a super location above Salcombe Estuary. This light and airy home is spacious and well equipped, with views down through the valley to the estuary, a large garden, parking, and tasteful decor, all within walking distance to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and Mill Bay and foot ferry to Salcombe . A very scenic two mile walk takes you to The Gara Rock Hotel, serving delicious food with some of the best scenery a restaurant could provide, plus a spa and cinema room.
