Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, 2 x fridge with ice box, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. Coffee machine (capsules not provided) and breakfast bar with two stools.
Lounge area with large corner sofa, small sofa, Smart TV, DVD player, dining table to seat up to 8 and access to patio. First floor:
Bedroom 1 with 4ft6in double bed, estuary glimpses and en suite bathroom with bath with handheld shower, basin and WC.
Bedroom 2 with 4ft6in double bed.
Family wet room with shower, basin and WC. Second floor:
Bedroom 3 with twin 3ftbeds, basin and estuary glimpses.
Cornerstone Cottage is a homely fishermans cottage located close to Island Street and the centre of Salcombe. The property has been decorated very stylishly throughout and includes a lovely open plan living and dining area which lead out to an enclosed patio - It makes for the perfect setup for a family holiday. There are three lovely bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom and two of which enjoy glimpses of the nearby estuary. A decent well stocked Co-op shop including bakery goods is conveniently located within a minutes walk from the cottage.
