The property has excellent facilities including a private parking space, access to the communal gardens, use of the shared outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal opening times and strictly for use of guests of 'The Salcombe' only) and a mooring berth (Easter until October 31st). Please note no children under 12 years of age at no.14. Please note that there is an easy to fold down king size bed in the main part of the apartment and the private kitchen for the apartment is located separately just across the communal hallway in the building.
