Tucked away in a small cul-de-sac in the heart of the village a short walk from 2 dog friendly pubs and the village shop, is this welcoming period cottage which has been comfortably furnished throughout. With a lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility and cloakroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, a family bathroom, snug and shower room on the first floor, and a further bedroom on the second floor, there is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy, including the dogs (two welcome)! A decked sun terrace with glass balustrading overlooking the Mill Pool and River Dart is the pièce de resistance! Please note:

• In typical cottage style, there are low ceilings in some places so may not be suitable for extremely tall people and care should be taken.
• If you have received the benefit of a reduced occupancy discount only the master bedroom and bedroom two will be available for your stay, other rooms can be opened on request and additional payment at time of booking.
